    Saturday, September 21, 2002, at Doctors Hospital, Joseph Eugene
    Cotter, Ph.D., of Martinez loving husband of Cheryl A. Cotter.
    A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2002,
    at The Unitarian Universalist Church, the Rev. Dan King officiating.
    Dr. Cotter has lived in Martinez for five years and was a History
    Professor at Augusta State University. If so desired please made
    memorial contributions to The Unitarian Universalist Church,
    3501 Walton Way Ext., Augusta, GA 30909 or to Augusta State University
    Department of History. The family will receive friends at the

    Cotter, Ph.D., of Martinez loving husband of Cheryl A. Cotter.

    Dr. Cotter has lived in Martinez for five years and was a History

    of Michael and Margaret Tinshaw Cotter. He was recently reunited
    with his mother Mary Johnson as well as his brothers and a sister,
    Adrian, Ed, Patricia, Peter and Ron. If so desired please make
